Please Note: The futon is 64 inches (5 ft 3 in) long, so keep this in mind if you plan to use it.

Located in the scenic Southside Slopes, the area is aptly named for its hillside setting in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains. You’ll drive up a hill to reach the studio, and the driveway is sloped—but guests find parking and access easy and hassle-free.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
